Be Part of Something That Brings Niagara Together
For over 170 years, the Niagara Regional Exhibition has been built by people who believe in the importance of agriculture, community, and creating memorable experiences for families across the region.
But an agricultural fair doesn’t happen on its own.
Behind every exhibit, every event, every smiling face at the gate, and every unforgettable family memory are dedicated volunteers and community partners who make it all possible.
Whether you choose to give your time, share your expertise, or support us financially, you are helping preserve an important Niagara tradition while building an exciting future.
Join us and become part of the story.
Volunteer With Us
The Niagara Regional Exhibition is proudly operated by volunteers who share a passion for agriculture, community, and bringing people together.
You don’t need previous experience, and you don’t have to be young or physically strong to make a difference. There are opportunities for everyone, from helping visitors at the gates and assisting with parking to supporting exhibits, decorating spaces, helping behind the scenes, and lending a hand with event preparations.
Every role matters. Every hour helps. Every volunteer contributes to the experience that families enjoy year after year.
Volunteer opportunities may include:
- Guest services and welcoming visitors
- Parking assistance
- Event support
- Exhibit assistance
- Office and administrative help
- Decorating and setup
- Grounds support
- Competition and exhibit coordination
- Helping with special events throughout the year
Whether you can volunteer for a few hours during the agricultural fair weekend or help throughout the year, we would love to have you as part of our team.
Sponsor the Niagara Regional Exhibition
The Niagara Regional Exhibition is more than an annual event. It is a place where families connect, businesses showcase their products, agricultural education comes to life, and communities come together.
As a 100% volunteer-run organization, sponsorship support plays an important role in helping us continue to grow, improve our events, and create opportunities for visitors of all ages.
Your support helps us:
- Promote agricultural education
- Enhance visitor experiences
- Support community events
- Improve facilities and programming
- Preserve one of Niagara’s longest-standing traditions
By becoming a sponsor, your organization joins a meaningful community legacy and connects with thousands of visitors who value local businesses and community involvement.
Why Partner With Us?

Set Up Shop at the Fair
The Niagara Regional Exhibition is a place where the community comes together to discover something new, support local businesses and enjoy a great day out. We’re always excited to welcome vendors who want to be part of the experience.
